Placing Orders
We accept orders via phone, fax, email , and this web site. After you place your order, we can send you an acknowledgment via fax or e-mail.  We do not have order minimums.

Wholesale & Retail Orders
Wholesale accounts login using their passwords. First orders are paid in advance, open accounts available for follow-on orders.

Retail orders do not need any log-on to place orders. All orders are paid in advance.

Business hours and Will Call
We take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the web site. Phone orders will be taken from 9AM to 5PM PST, M-F. There is no Will Call available. All orders are shipped using the method selected when ordering.

Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on method selected. Unless otherwise selected standard ground will be used, carrier of our choice. Shipping charges as selected plus a $2.00 handling fee will be added to all orders.

International Orders
We will ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services as you choose. Shipping costs quoted at time of order will be added to your order. Any additional costs for shipping, duties, customs, or other freight charges are your responsibility.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax in California. If you are located in California and have a resale card or certificate, e-mail, fax, or mail us a signed copy.

Returns and Exchanges
For a return or exchange, send the items postage prepaid to:

Contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. If you would like to exchange the material, just return the items you don't want and place a new order. You will be given credit upon our receipt of the material.
